Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to COLABOX wholesale inquiries, private quotes, authorized dealer reviews, and approved B2B orders. They are written for business buyers, resellers, installers, local retailers, social commerce sellers, and distributors.

Wholesale program scope

The COLABOX wholesale program is operated by ApexBridge Global Limited and is intended for business purchasing and resale. Access to dealer pricing, product assets, authorization materials, and wholesale support is subject to account review and approval.

Quotes, pricing, and payment

Wholesale pricing is provided through private quotes. A quote may depend on product mix, quantity tier, inventory availability, shipping destination, payment method, and account status. Payment terms, invoice details, and any deposit requirements must be confirmed before an order is prepared.

Product information

COLABOX L2 Plus and COLASTICK V1 Plus are Android-based hardware media devices. Product specifications, accessories, packaging, and availability may be updated when needed. We aim to keep product information accurate, but final order details should be confirmed in the written quote.

Authorized dealer responsibilities

Use accurate product photos, specifications, warranty language, and approved selling claims.
Avoid misleading statements about included content, subscriptions, third-party apps, delivery time, or support coverage.
Comply with local laws, marketplace rules, advertising policies, and customer disclosure requirements in your sales channel.

Shipping and fulfillment

Orders are prepared from US inventory where available. Estimated delivery for dealers is about 7 days in normal cases after order confirmation, but timing may vary by inventory, destination, carrier service, weather, holidays, or other conditions outside our control.

Wholesale final sale policy

Wholesale orders are final sale unless COLABOX approves an exception for an incorrect shipment, verified transit damage, missing items, or a covered hardware warranty issue. Standard retail-style returns, buyer remorse returns, and unsold inventory returns are not supported.

Third-party apps and content

COLABOX does not provide, host, sell, or endorse streaming content or paid subscriptions. App availability, accounts, fees, and regional access are controlled by third-party providers. Buyers and dealers are responsible for legal and compliant use in their own markets.
